It is with great happiness and excitement that we announce our return. This time in a new island paradise, Zanzibar! Soundscapes will be hosting its first festival edition on the east coast of the island between Feb 16-19, 2022.
Founded in 2013 to bring together a vibrant community that seek to uplift their human spirit through art and music. Our vision is to re-create the Soundscapes experience in the island Zanzibar, and bring four days and nights of blissful house music and techno to paradise. Soundscapes Zanzi is a festival that combines the best electronic music with idyllic natural beauty, compelling creative production, rich island culture and a passionate family of fans from around the world. Add the beaches and boats, villas, secret parties in the tropical nature – all wrapped in colorful African culture for a unique experience.
Noctuary residents Daylomar, Tamer and Hameed will be kicking off day one with each bringing their own unique twist to the decks. Creative forces that have played dance floors all around the globe. The first night will also see fan favorite, Praslesh, bringing the Romanian minimal to the sandy African beaches. And that just wraps day one!
Behrouz will take us through a journey of different genres from deep house to techno. Always keeping us on our toes for what’s to come. SIT, made up of Cristi Cons and Vlad Caia are a duo that continue to reach new heights with each party they throw. If these big names haven’t already convinced you, more music will come from Andrey Pushkarev, Baloo, Britta Arnold, Biirdperson, Gazi, Map.ache, Nezar, O Squared, Somalie, Usif, Zone +, and YokoO. An extensive list of talent all on one island ready to dance, party, and share some amazing music.
